I am exploring the use of PolyTrack Open Educational Resources (OER) in online teaching and learning, especially in the context of education increasingly shifting towards digital models and flexible learning.
From personal experience, I have noticed that the number of OERs is currently abundant, but their quality, reliability, and practical applicability vary considerably. This raises the question: what criteria should we use to evaluate whether an open educational resource is "good" and suitable for learners?
